1. Affiliate Programme

The Steriva Labs Affiliate Programme allows approved affiliates to earn commission by referring customers to Steriva Labs through their unique affiliate referral link.

All applications are subject to review. Steriva Labs reserves the right to approve or reject an application at its discretion.

2. Commission

Approved affiliates currently earn 10% commission on qualifying purchases successfully attributed to their affiliate account.

Commission rates may be changed by Steriva Labs from time to time. Where reasonably practicable, affiliates will be notified of material changes affecting their commission rate.

3. Qualifying Referrals

A commission is payable only where a qualifying purchase is successfully tracked and attributed to the affiliate through the Steriva Labs affiliate tracking system.

The affiliate is responsible for using the referral links provided through their Affiliate Portal. Steriva Labs cannot guarantee commission where tracking has been prevented, removed or otherwise failed.

4. Returns, Refunds and Cancelled Orders

Commission is not payable on cancelled, refunded, fraudulent or otherwise invalid transactions.

If commission has already been recorded for an order which is subsequently refunded, cancelled or determined to be invalid, the corresponding commission may be reversed or deducted from the affiliate’s outstanding balance.

5. Affiliate Payments

Approved commission earnings will be recorded within the Affiliate Portal. Affiliates are responsible for ensuring that their payout information is complete and accurate.

Steriva Labs may withhold payment while transactions are being reviewed for refunds, fraud, misuse or other irregularities.

6. Promotion of Steriva Labs

Affiliates must promote Steriva Labs responsibly, accurately and lawfully.

Affiliates must not make false, misleading or unsubstantiated statements about Steriva Labs or its products, and must not represent themselves as employees, agents or authorised representatives of Steriva Labs.

7. Prohibited Promotional Activity

Affiliates must not:

• send unsolicited spam or bulk promotional communications;
• use misleading, deceptive or fraudulent advertising;
• make unauthorised medical, therapeutic or other claims about Steriva Labs products;
• promote Steriva Labs through unlawful, offensive or inappropriate content;
• impersonate Steriva Labs or create accounts, websites or pages likely to be mistaken for official Steriva Labs channels;
• use cookie stuffing, forced clicks, fraudulent traffic or other methods intended to manipulate affiliate tracking;
• place orders through their own affiliate link solely for the purpose of generating commission; or
• encourage another person to manipulate the programme on their behalf.

8. Paid Advertising and Brand Bidding

Affiliates may not bid on the terms Steriva Labs, Steriva, Steriva Labs trademarks, domain names, or confusingly similar variations through paid search advertising unless prior written permission has been provided by Steriva Labs.

Affiliates must not use advertising that could reasonably give the impression that it is an official Steriva Labs advertisement or website.

9. Steriva Labs Branding and Content

Steriva Labs names, logos, product images and other brand assets remain the property of their respective owner.

Approved affiliates may use authorised promotional materials for the purpose of promoting Steriva Labs while participating in the programme. Such permission does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property and may be withdrawn at any time.

10. Affiliate Disclosure

Affiliates are responsible for clearly disclosing their affiliate relationship wherever required by applicable advertising, consumer protection or platform rules.

Affiliate promotions should make it clear where the affiliate may receive commission from purchases made through their referral link.

11. Suspension and Termination

Steriva Labs may suspend or terminate an affiliate account where these terms have been breached, fraudulent or abusive activity is suspected, or continued participation is considered inappropriate for the programme.

Serious misuse may result in unpaid commission associated with prohibited, fraudulent or invalid activity being withheld or cancelled.

Affiliates may stop participating in the programme at any time.

12. Changes to the Programme

Steriva Labs may modify, suspend or discontinue the Affiliate Programme, its features, commission structure or these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

Continued participation following an applicable update constitutes acceptance of the updated programme terms.

13. Responsibility for Tax

Affiliates are responsible for determining and meeting any tax, reporting or other financial obligations arising from commission payments they receive through the programme.

14. Limitation of the Programme

Participation in the Affiliate Programme does not create an employment relationship, partnership, joint venture, agency or franchise between the affiliate and Steriva Labs.

Steriva Labs does not guarantee any particular level of traffic, referrals, sales or earnings from participation in the programme.

15. Governing Law

These Affiliate Programme Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Scotland. Any disputes arising in connection with the programme will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Scottish courts, subject to any rights which cannot lawfully be excluded.
