Orders placed after the daily cut-off time, during weekends, or on bank holidays will normally be processed on the next working day.

Steriva Labs currently delivers to addresses within the United Kingdom.

Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Clear photos of the outer packaging
  • Clear photos of the affected item or items

This helps us review the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.

Failed Delivery or Returned Orders

If a parcel is returned to us because delivery could not be completed, we will contact you to arrange the next step.
